Where did Hey Hun You Okay come from?

Hey Hun You Okay originated from checking in with my friends and usually ended up with me showing a thumbs up! This started with my work colleagues who are all amazing to work with but some days are tough and for a laugh we use a scale of how we feel and if you are feeling 7-10 that's pretty good but if it was a 1-7 (Disclaimer usually we would land in between 5-7 otherwise something would be seriously wrong) we would leave the space open if someone wanted to chat in private or to have a general chat in the office. The conversation would always end up talking about food which would always lighten the mood or what good GIFs we could find to send each other across the room keeping it professional of course!

But if you know me, in my personal life you know that I would send a random voice notes of me laughing about a funny thing I did that day or a message just dropping in to say

'Hi you okay?'

Also if you know me and my stories people end up saying 'Is that it?' as if there were expecting more to the story which people always find amusing.

But in all serious please check in on your friends and family or whoever you do life with as you never know what truly is going on and always be kind.

P.S My pet hate is when people send thumbs up emojis as a reaction to a message... how ironic
