I've been there, so let's not lie and say you haven't been sitting in the comment section too. But what does this mean? It means you like to comment on how you think the church should be 'better' or how the pastor should have done a better job. Yes, this is going to be raw and honest, so let's not judge 👀.
But, have you ever thought about how your pastor feels? What pressure they are under? They can't make everyone happy and need to be obedient to what God has called them to do, even if it makes no sense to those looking in from the outside.
Being a pastor carries heavy responsibilities.
They need to be the Jack of all trades—pastoring people, overseeing how Sunday morning is set up and run, and being an encourager to get people involved in the life of the church.
However, we also need to play our part in building the church, and ask ourselves: Where can we serve? What are our gifts that can enhance the church?
Do we need to use our gifts and talents to teach and disciple people? Or are we merely 'food critics,' sitting in church and criticizing how church leaders run things , burying our own talents, or expecting others to do it?
Questions to ask yourself:
What are your talents and gifts you can practically use?
Are you able to deliver parenting courses?
Are you passionate about how parents can navigate the online pressures that children face? https://www.careforthefamily.org.uk/courses/courses-for-parents/lttod/

It's not a competition of how many hours you can serve in a week, and there is no comparison to the sacrifices that families and individuals make.
Leadership requires flexibility
At the same time leaders you must learn to discern who you trust and put in a place of responsibility.
Being in a leadership position requires flexibility. Leaders should allow individuals to use their gifts and talents, irrespective of their background. It's not about how people 'fit in' with the top dogs but about including individuals from all walks of life.
It is crucial for leaders to bring out the best in people and avoid prejudging their capabilities or what you think 'qualifies' them. Instead, the focus should be on enhancing their confidence, providing discipline, and helping them become the best version of themselves, even if it may differ from your initial expectations
1 Timothy 3:3-7 TPT ”He cannot be a drunkard, or someone who lashes out at others, or argumentative, or someone who simply craves more money, but instead, recognized by his gentleness. His heart should be set on guiding his household with wisdom and dignity; bringing up his children to worship with devotion and purity. For if he’s unable to properly lead his own household well, how could he properly lead God’s household? He should not be a new disciple who would be vulnerable to living in the clouds of conceit and fall into pride, making him easy prey for Satan. He should be respected by those who are unbelievers, having a beautiful testimony among them so that he will not fall into the traps of Satan and be disgraced.“
Have a think of where you can practically help people and serve others.
Run the race well 💪🏽
